REAR SIDE FRAME (PARTIAL CUTTING) INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT]

Installation Procedure

1. Cut the new and existing parts at the cut-and-join location, and bevel the parts.
2. To cut-and-join the new part, cut at the locations indicated in the figure below and bevel the cut-and-join locations of the new parts.
3. After temporarily installing new parts, make sure the related parts fit properly.

CAUTION:

  • The cut and joint area indicates the maximum size range of the installation position.

4. Cut and join the location indicated by (A) shown in the figure, then install the rear side frame.

5. Cut and join the location indicated by (B) shown in the figure, then install the part of trunk floor panel.

6. Install the floor side panel. (See FLOOR SIDE PANEL INSTALLATION [PANEL REPLACEMENT].)
