SECURITY AND LOCKS
Outline
A power door and fuel-filler lid lock system has been adopted in which all doors and the fuel-filler lid are locked/unlocked when the driver's door is locked/unlocked using the door lock switch, or the door key cylinder.
A trunk lid opener system has been adopted in which the trunk lid can be opened just by pressing the trunk lid opener switch.
A keyless entry system has been adopted in which locking/locking of the doors and the fuel-filler lid is performed by operation of the remote transmitter button, even from a location away front the vehicle. (With keyless entry system)
An advanced keyless entry system has been adopted which performs automatic authorization of the remote transmitter being carried, and locking/unlocking of the doors and the fuel-filler lid. (With advanced keyless entry system)
A push button start system has been adopted that automatically performs authorization of the remote transmitter brought into the vehicle.
An immobilizer system has been adopted that only allows remote transmitters that have been previously programmed to the vehicle to start the engine.
A theft-deterrent system has been adopted which activates the theft-deterrent siren or theft-deterrent horn if a door, the trunk lid, or the hood is opened improperly. (With theft-deterrent system)
