DTC U0073:00

CAN communication: Module communication error

DETECTION CONDITION

  • Vehicle condition: TCM communication normal

  • Status: Detects CAN BUS OFF malfunction

  • Period: After CAN controller reset, confirmed by re-detection

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

  • Inhibits the manual shift control.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • CAN bus communication line malfunction

  • TCM malfunction

SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM

DTC U0100:00

CAN communication: Communication error between PCM

DETECTION CONDITION

  • Vehicle condition: TCM communication normal

  • Status: Detects communication error with PCM

  • Period: Detects communication time-out

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

Not applicable

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • CAN communication line malfunction between PCM and TCM

SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM

DTC U0121:00

CAN communication: Communication error between DSC HU/CM

DETECTION CONDITION

  • Vehicle condition: TCM communication normal

  • Status: Detects communication error with DSC HU/CM

  • Period: Confirmed 1 time in 0.5 s or more, or 2 s or more

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

  • Inhibits learning control.

  • Inhibits direct mode.

  • Inhibits AAS mode.

  • Inhibits slip control.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • CAN communication line malfunction between TCM and DSC HU/CM

DTC U0131:00

CAN communication: Communication error between EPS control module

DETECTION CONDITION

  • Vehicle condition: TCM communication normal

  • Status: Detects communication error with EPS control module

  • Period: Confirmed 1 time in 0.5 s or more

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

Not applicable

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • CAN communication line malfunction between TCM and EPS control module

DTC U0155:00

CAN communication: Communication error between instrument cluster

DETECTION CONDITION

  • Vehicle condition: TCM communication normal

  • Status: Detects communication error with instrument cluster

  • Period: Confirmed 1 time in 2 s or more

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

  • Inhibits the manual shift control.

  • Inhibits manual shifting using the up or down switch of the selector lever.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • CAN communication line malfunction between TCM and instrument cluster

DTC U0214:00

CAN communication: Communication error between start stop unit

DETECTION CONDITION

  • Vehicle condition: TCM communication normal

  • Status: Detects communication error with start stop unit

  • Period: Confirmed 1 time in 2 s or more

FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION

  • Inhibits direct mode.

POSSIBLE CAUSE

  • CAN communication line malfunction between TCM and start stop unit
