FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)
2. Remove the following parts:
a. Front bumper (See FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL.) (See FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION.)
b. Front bumper slider (See FRONT BUMPER SLIDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
c. Front combination light (See FRONT COMBINATION LIGHT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
d. Crash zone sensor (See CRASH ZONE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM].) (See CRASH ZONE SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM].)
3. Remove the fastener.

4. Move the air guide in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure and remove it.

5. Remove the bolt and set the fresh-air duct aside in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure.

6. Remove the fasteners.

7. Remove the bolts.

8. Remove the front bumper reinforcement.
9. Install in the reverse order of removal.
