POWER OUTER MIRROR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. Perform the door glass preparation. (See DOOR GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION.)
3. Remove the following parts:
a. Door trim (See DOOR TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
b. Door module panel (See DOOR MODULE PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
c. Door glass (See DOOR GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
d. Door speaker (See DOOR SPEAKER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
e. Glass guide (See DOOR QUARTER GLASS REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
4. Remove the wiring harness clip and disconnect the connector.

5. Remove the bolts.

6. Pull the power outer mirror in the direction of the arrow while remove clip, pins.
7. Install in the reverse order of removal. (See Power Outer Mirror Installation Note.)

Power Outer Mirror Installation Note

1. If the wiring harness is routed incorrectly, the wiring harness may contact the door glass when opening/closing the door glass, causing damage to the wiring harness. When routing the wiring harness, route it through the back side of the glass guide.
